Summary for Pesticide Use

For the school year of 2014,  total amount of pesticide was applied to control weeds and to help prevent weeds to grow.  The two products that were used are Round Up concentrate and Preen.  The active ingredients for Round Up are...Glyphosate and Isopropylamine Salt.  

 

Here are the dates and amounts of Round Up used.

 

July 10th 2014--12 oz of Active ingredients to 4 gallons of water.  Round Up.

July 11th 2014--12 oz of Active ingredients to 4 gallons of water.  Round Up.

July 15th 2014--24 oz of Active ingredients to 8 gallons of water.  Round Up.

July 16th 2014--12 oz of Active ingredients to 4 gallons of water.  Round Up.

July 17th 2014--12 oz of Active ingredients to 4 gallons of water.  Round Up.

August 28th 2014--12 oz of Active ingredients to 4 gallons of water. Round Up.

August 29th 2014--12 oz of Active ingredients to 4 gallons of water. Round Up. 

 

All pesticides were applied to the High School, Middle School and Elementary School bus transportation area, the District Office and Sportsmen club.  Along fence lines, curbs, portables, signs, curves, rock beds rock islands, fire hydrants and flower beds.
